Yes for planning. Finished spaces often include furniture and separate rooms, while unfinished areas may have open storage and bulkier piles. We review the layout during the estimate.
Do you remediate moisture or mold?
No. We can haul damp-stored junk carefully when it is part of the removal scope, but we do not provide mold remediation, waterproofing, or restoration services.
